Zee TV has announced the first round of auditions for the upcoming season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, marking the start of its nationwide search for India’s next singing sensation. Along with unveiling the first promo of the new season, the channel has invited aspiring singers to participate in auditions beginning in Varanasi, Lucknow and Delhi.
The first phase of auditions will be held in Varanasi on July 3, Lucknow on July 4 and Delhi on July 5. The channel said audition dates for more cities will be announced in the coming weeks. The newly released promo celebrates India’s musical heritage through a family celebration featuring a traditional Sohar folk song from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The upcoming season will feature a grand stage, an immersive production, and performances by more than 100 live musicians, singers, and instrumentalists.
For more than three decades, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa has served as a platform for several successful singers, including Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawala and Monali Thakur. The new season aims to continue that legacy by providing aspiring artists with an opportunity to showcase their talent while celebrating originality and authentic music. Aspirants can also submit entries through WhatsApp by sending the required details along with two audio-video clips to +91 8655780787, or register through the official audition portal.
With registrations now open, Zee TV has invited singers from across the country to take the first step towards their musical journey. The new season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa will premiere soon on Zee TV.
