Actor Bharat Ahlawat says portraying Raghav in Zee TV’s Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile has been one of the most emotionally challenging experiences of his career, as the character constantly struggles to balance his love for Reet with his responsibilities towards his family.
The ongoing storyline has resonated with viewers after Raghav and Reet suffered the loss of their newborn child. As the couple continues to deal with grief, Raghav finds himself facing difficult situations that test both his emotions and relationships. In the current track, Sharda Bua asks Reet to apologize, but when Reet refuses, Raghav apologizes to maintain peace within the family.
Speaking about his role, Bharat said portraying Raghav requires careful attention to emotional detail so that the character does not appear to favor either his wife or his family. “One of the most challenging aspects of playing Raghav is maintaining the balance between his love for Reet and his responsibilities towards his family. He never intends to hurt anyone, but circumstances often force him to make difficult choices. Even in the current storyline, when Reet refuses to apologize, Raghav finds himself caught in another emotional dilemma.
As an actor, I have to be mindful of every emotion and reaction because even a small shift can make it seem like he is leaning towards one side. My aim is to help viewers understand his emotions, helplessness, and the reasons behind his decisions without judging him unfairly,” Bharat said.
While Raghav and Reet continue to believe that they have lost their child, the audience is aware that the baby is alive and has allegedly been kidnapped by Sharda Bua. As the story progresses, viewers are waiting to see how the truth comes to light and how the revelation will affect the lives and relationships of the lead characters. The emotional developments have added a new layer of suspense to the show, with audiences keenly following the unfolding drama.
