The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has completed the numbering draw for the allocation of booths and shops designated for motor mechanics in Sector 65, near Village Kambali, SAS Nagar. The initiative aims to ensure a transparent and structured distribution of commercial spaces.
Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardip Singh Mundian informed the Vidhan Sabha during question hour that GMADA has applied for the project’s registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Allotment letters will be issued once the registration process is completed. Responding to a query from MLA Kulwant Singh regarding the allotment of the Motor Market in SAS Nagar, Mundian reaffirmed GMADA’s commitment to regulatory compliance and transparency. He assured that the allotment process would proceed swiftly after RERA approval.
