Punjab’s Commissionerate Police in Amritsar has busted a narco-terror module linked to the banned Khalistani outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), arresting three key operatives in Bihar as they attempted to flee to Nepal. In an intelligence-led operation, police apprehended the suspects in Madhepura district’s Kumarkhand area, Punjab’s Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav announced on X, formerly Twitter. The arrested individuals were previously involved in delivering grenades and arms recovered in an earlier operation, he added.
The accused, who resided in Amritsar’s Khandwala and Chehartta localities, are being brought back to Punjab for further questioning, Yadav confirmed.
