Chandigarh, October 7
Congress leader and former Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupinder Hooda on Monday announced that the party has observed an increase in its vote share across all 90 Vidhan Sabha seats in the state. He emphasized that the Congress high command will make a decision regarding the next Chief Minister after consulting with all MLAs.
Addressing a press conference, Hooda said that the electorate has supported Congress for a decisive victory. Hooda also highlighted the party’s performance in comparison to the BJP, asserting that voters have drawn parallels between Congress’s successes from 2005 to 2014 and the BJP’s shortcomings from 2014 to 2024.
