Bringing pride to Punjab and the nation, Sehnoor Bawa, a young athlete from Khadial village in Sangrur district, played a key role in India’s gold-medal-winning performance in the girls’ 4×400-meter relay at the Under-20 Asian Games in Hong Kong.
The championship was held from May 28 to May 31, with athletes from across Asia competing in various events. Representing India in the relay race, Sehnoor and her teammates delivered an outstanding performance, securing the top spot on the podium and setting a new meet record.
