Chandigarh, July 8
Castrol India has appointed Mrinalini Srinivasan as its new Chief Financial Officer, from July 28, the company announced on Tuesday. She succeeds Deepesh Baxi, who stepped down in March 2025 to pursue other opportunities. Srinivasan will work alongside interim CFO Vishal Thakkar through August to ensure a smooth transition. Bringing over 17 years of experience from Procter and Gamble India, where she held leadership roles across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, Srinivasan will lead Castrol India’s financial operations and join the company’s leadership team. Managing Director Kedar Lele praised her ability to navigate complex business environments, while Chairman Rakesh Makhija noted her balanced approach will support Castrol’s focus on long-term, sustainable growth.
