Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan has condemned the killing of innocent tourists in Pahalgam of Jammu and Kashmir, describing the incident as a “deeply inhumane act” and expressing solidarity with the victims’ families. Sandhwan said no religion or ideology justifies such violence, and called for decisive action against those responsible. “Terrorism in any form must be dealt with firmly to prevent such tragedies in the future,” he said in a statement issued on Wednesday. He further said “My heartfelt condolences are with the bereaved families. I pray for the strength to help them cope with this immense loss. May such senseless violence never occur again.”
