Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Nitish Kumar on being sworn in as Chief Minister of Bihar, describing him as an “experienced administrator” with a long-standing record of good governance. Modi also extended his best wishes to Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha, who have taken charge as Deputy Chief Ministers. He said both leaders had built their careers through “extensive grassroots work” and had served people with commitment. The Prime Minister further praised the newly formed Bihar cabinet, calling it a “wonderful team” of dedicated ministers who, he said, would help steer the state towards “new heights”.
In a separate post on X, Prime Minister Modi reiterated his congratulations to Nitish Kumar and wished him success in the term ahead.
