Students from Classes 8 to 12 across Himachal Pradesh will get an opportunity to visit the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) through a state-level talent search examination being organized by Minerva Study Circle.

The competition, titled Him Quest 2026, is scheduled for September 27 and will be held across all 12 districts of Himachal Pradesh. According to Minerva Study Circle, the initiative aims to identify talented students and provide them with academic opportunities, scholarships, and exposure to scientific institutions.

Public Relations Officer Rajeev Vashisht said students can register for the competition through the official website, www.himquest.com. He stated that students securing the first rank will be rewarded with an educational visit to ISRO, while second-rank holders will receive laptops. Participants achieving other top ranks will also be awarded special prizes.

In addition to rewards, the organization will offer scholarships ranging from 10 percent to 100 percent to eligible students for their educational pursuits.

Vashisht said the primary objective of the competition is to provide deserving students with a platform to showcase their talent and strengthen their preparation for future competitive examinations. The organizers believe the initiative will encourage academic excellence and inspire students to pursue careers in science, technology, and other professional fields.
