Reliance Jio Infocomm Chairman Akash Ambani announced on Friday that the doors of the sprawling 500-acre Jio campus are open to anyone wishing to visit. Speaking at the Mumbai Tech Week event, Ambani shared insights on the campus’s scale, its impact, and the culture of innovation at Jio, according to Money Control. “Our campus hosts about 25,000 people, with 10,000-12,000 from Jio alone. The campus is easily accessible, just a 40-minute drive from here, and is designed to promote collaboration and entrepreneurship,” he further said.
Ambani also highlighted Jio’s mission to be at the forefront of technology, emphasizing the startup culture within the company. “We consider ourselves the world’s largest startup, and we’re focused on enabling national-scale innovation,” he said.
The Jio campus, inspired by a college environment, features world-class sports facilities, electric culture, and collaboration spaces. Ambani invited anyone interested to visit, confirming, “The doors are open for anyone who would like to visit,” Money Control reported.
