Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama unveiled his new book Voice for the Voiceless: Decades of Struggle with China for My Land and My People on Friday, which will be available to the public starting March 11. The Dalai Lama, speaking on his social media platform, emphasized the importance of the book’s contents in shaping the future of Tibet.
“In my role as the Dalai Lama, there is no issue more important than what I describe in these pages. My hope is that the book will stimulate fresh thoughts and conversations today and provide a framework for the future of Tibet even after I am gone,” the Dalai Lama said.
The book delves into Tibet’s long-standing struggle with China, offering insights into the personal and political challenges he has faced in advocating for his people.
