Chandigarh, May 5
The Punjab Vidhan Sabha on Monday paid homage to the victims of the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing the House, Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan condemned the attack and said both the Centre and the state governments would take strict action against those responsible for the killings of innocent civilians. Following his remarks, the Assembly observed a two-minute silence in memory of the deceased.
